As a charity working with care-experienced young people, some of the things that Become staff deal with each day can be quite hard to hear. Become knew they needed to invest in their staff, reward them, and support them with the challenges that life throws at each one of us.
The solution
Following a review of providers and their current solution, Become Charity partnered with My Health Xtras and My Staff Shop which gave them a simple way to reward staff effectively with an enhanced offer compared with their previous solution.
Become Charity implemented:
Become Charity implemented a Health and Wellness Cash Plan to help their employees with everyday healthcare costs, providing them with peace of mind. They were able to offer all employees cover with the option for them to add their partners and children should they want to.
Alongside their Health & Wellness cash plan, Become implemented a fully branded My Staff Shop benefits platform.

We asked the Director of Finance and People at Become Charity a few questions.
Firstly, how did you find out about us?
We were searching for a new Employee Assistance Programme online as our current partner had been in place for a while. The My Health Xtras and My Staff Shop proposition looked interesting so we decided to explore it further alongside some other options.
