Ways you can claim

Making a claim by calling the claims team

  1. Call 03300 242 280 and (preferably) have your policy number to hand
  2. Confirm the type of claim you would like to make
  3. Confirm the details of the claim you would like to make
  4. Let us know if you want your claim form sent by email or in the post
  5. We will send you a claim form with instructions on how to complete it and what evidence you need to return alongside it
  6. Once completed, you can send the claim form by post or you can send us scans/images of the form and evidence by email to customerservices@myhealthxtras.co.uk
  7. Your claim will be processed within 2 working days. We will contact you if we need anything further to assess your claim.
  8. Should everything be in order your claim will be processed and approved. If you have sent your form in by email you will receive an email to confirm this
  9. Your payment will be in your bank account within 5 working days of your claim being approved

Making a claim by emailing the claims team

  1. Email customerservices@myhealthxtras.co.uk stating your full name, policy number and date of birth. Also confirm the type of claim you would like to make
  2. We will send you a claim form with instructions on how to complete it and what evidence you need to return alongside it
  3. Once completed, you can send the claim form by post or you can send us scans/images of the form and evidence by email to customerservices@myhealthxtras.co.uk
  4. Your claim will be processed within 2 working days. We will contact you if we need anything further to assess your claim.
  5. Should everything be in order your claim will be processed and approved. If you have sent your form in by email you will receive an email to confirm this
  6. Your payment will be in your bank account within 5 working days of your claim being approved
